My little cousin ordered a pizza for pickup and found hair in his food. Instead of simply apologizing and making things right, he received a voicemail from someone at the restaurant saying they didn’t want him ordering from them anymore because he doesn’t leave a tip. They even told him to “listen” to them and not come back. This is a child who doesn’t even have a job. Since when is tipping required for a pickup order? Tips are appreciated, but they are not mandatory. What concerns me most is that if this is how customers who don’t tip are treated, it makes me wonder whether employees are handling their food differently out of spite. Finding hair in the pizza and then receiving a voicemail like that is extremely disturbing. This experience was completely unprofessional and disappointing. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, whether they leave a tip or not.

Definitely one of the best take out options for pizza and wings. We’ve lived in this area for over ten years. We are happy to drive or have Sicilian Pizza delivered.

I live in the Shirlington neighborhood of Alexandria and this is my favorite pizza delivery spot! I usually order when I'm having people over and the pizza gets delivered right on time and tastes great. My favorite order is two large cheese pizzas, one with basil, and the other with sundried tomatoes and caramelized onions. They still have their own delivery drivers, which I absolutely love supporting.

Based on good reviews I ordered a calzone for delivery and it came uncooked. The cheese was still in hard little squares. I had to heat it myself. It is also super salty. The dough was more like your run of the mill Domino’s pizza dough. Not high quality ingredients. Reviews are deceiving.

This place is a complete gem. Quick shoutout to the manager Maria for showing me amazing customer service. Their wings are by far one of the most tastiest, flavorful, and freshest. Lucky to have this gem of a restaurant close to my house. Don’t hesitate any longer and buy their food right now! The wings are a complete 10/10 so as the pizza.
